Shipping within Germany:

In order to guarantee a secure transport we deliver our insured packages exclusively with Deutsche Post (DHL).

The cost of the insured shipment is only 3, 90 Euro.

If the total amount of your order is above 50, - - Euro, the cost of shipping will be paid entirely by us.

Shipping within the EU:

Insured, transport company DHL (Deutsche Post) = 12, - - Euro

With an order value above 250, -- Euro the cost of shipping will be paid by us.

Shipping in Switzerland:

All deliveries from our shop system to Switzerland are exempt from German value added tax, but it is only possible to ship goods up to a value of 999, - - Euro net. With an order value of 1000, - - Euro net or more elaborate customs formalities arise which we are not able to administer to. A breakdown of your order into several individual orders is possible. If you log in to your customer account and chose a delivery address in Switzerland after processing your order, our shop system will only designate the net prices without calculating the German VAT.

The Swiss customs will charge you upon parcel delivery the regular Swiss value added tax and any incidental Swiss customs fees. These costs will not be reimbursed.
