Prepayment / Cash in advance

If you opt to pay in advance, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order. When making the bank transfer please ensure that your order number has been added to the reference field. Only in this way is possible for us to allocate your payment. Once your payment is credited to our bank account, your order will be immediately forwarded to our shipping department. Please note that, depending on the bank, it may take between 2-4 business days before your payment is received.

PayPal

You can also pay quickly and easily with PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you already have PayPal account, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Once the payment is booked with us, your order will be forwarded to our shipping department.

Please note that we have no control over processing errors made by PayPal.

Credit Card

You can pay conveniently and securely via credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Our online payment system is equipped with the highest possible security measures. The entire payment process is in accordance with the international standards of all leading credit card providers.

The charge on your credit card account takes place after we the order.

For this reason, during the order process you will be redirected to our partner's system where you can enter your credit card information. Naturally all communication is encrypted. After completing the payment process you will be automatically redirected to our shop.

To ensure your maximum security, you must enter your SecureCode in addition to your credit card information. This is a three-digit number printed on the back of Visa and Mastercard credit cards. The American Express Card SecureCode is on the front, right above the embossed card number and has four digits.

Additionally when paying by credit card, you need to enter the personalized security code of your credit card. If you have not yet activated this security code, you will be asked to do so upon completing your order.

As soon as the code is activated you will be required to use your personal security code for any future online orders. This will give you the highest possible level of security in dealing with the sensitive data on your credit cards.

Debit

Debit payment is only possible after a first successful order. Please select on the checkout page the button: debit. Enter your sort code, account number and the name of one account holder. Your account will not be charged until your goods leave our premises.
