The story of this perfume began with the image of the polka dot. Rei Kawakubo requested that the fragrance was based around the smell of the osmanthus flower which adorns the parks and roadsides all over Japan in autumn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;Comme des Garçons Parfum’s artistic director, Christian Astuguevieille, thus worked with perfumer Lucas Sieuzac along these lines, recreating the scent of osmanthus and building a world around it.
