Bergamot
The essential oil from bergamot is obtained by cold pressing the peel of the unripe bergamot fruit. The essential oil is characterized by a clean, tangy, fresh and tart, slightly sweet and fruity fragrance. In perfumery, it is often used in chypre, fougère, ambery and floral scents and also in Eau de Colognes.
