"The passion I have for my profession is matched only by the passion I feel for the island where I was born. Combining my deep attachment to this sun-drenched island and my enthusiasm for its nature, full of fragrant scents, in the form of Ligne St Barth was still an unattainable dream when I roamed my grandmother's gardens as a child. I can still remember her well – my grandmother introduced me to the effects of medicinal and aromatic plants at a very early age. This knowledge, passed down orally for many generations, goes back to my Breton and Caribbean ancestors, who wrote the first lines of the island's history in 1648. Inspired by this family heritage, Ligne St Barth has been committed to harmoniously combining traditional knowledge and expertise with scientific progress for over 30 years. We select our ingredients from the abundance of local riches and adhere strictly to the latest scientific methods in our quest to indulge the senses. The commitment that drives me in my search for the essential is reflected in the quality of our creations, of which you are the valued ambassadors.
