Note on pre-orders
For pre-orders, the total amount of the order is due immediately.

Payment in advance

If you choose payment in advance as your payment method, you will receive an email confirmation with our bank details immediately after submitting your order. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the reference field. This is the only way we can allocate your payment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order immediately. Please note that it can take 2–4 working days for your payment to be credited to our account, depending on your bank. If we do not receive payment within 10 working days, we will cancel the order.

When making transfers from abroad, please ensure that you include the bank transfer fees so that the total invoice amount is credited to our account. Please understand that we cannot bear these fees for bank transfers from abroad. To ensure smooth processing, we ask you to make payments exclusively via SEPA (IBAN, BIC if applicable).

PayPal

You can also pay quickly and easily via PayPal. At the end of the order process, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you have the option of logging in as a guest or opening a PayPal account.

As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be processed. Please note that we have no influence over processing errors on the part of PayPal.

Credit card

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

  • American Express
  • Maestro
  • Mastercard
  • UnionPay
  • Visa

All card payments are processed securely and comply with modern security standards such as SSL encryption and authentication procedures (e.g. 3-D Secure, Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode).

Select your card at checkout and enter the card details (number, expiry date and CVC/CVV). If necessary, authentication will be carried out via SMS, TAN or app, depending on the security procedure of the card-issuing bank. Once confirmed, your payment will be processed immediately and we can process your order.

Google Pay & Apple Pay

Google Pay – fast and secure on Android

With Google Pay, you can pay in a flash – your payment and shipping information comes directly from your Google account, and once you're authenticated, your purchase is complete.

Apple Pay – checkout with a tap on Apple devices

Pay quickly, securely and contactless – using Face ID or Touch ID, without having to manually enter your card details.

Klarna

We are pleased to offer Klarna as a convenient payment option. This gives you maximum flexibility – we receive your payment immediately and you pay later at your convenience.

  • Pay in 4 (in some regions): Pay in four interest-free instalments (first instalment immediately, the rest spread over approx. 6 weeks)
  • Pay in 3: Three instalments, interest-free and evenly distributed
  • Pay Later/Invoice: Buy today, pay within a specified period (e.g. 14 or 30 days), interest-free
  • Pay Now: Immediate payment via online banking (instant transfer)

Simply select Klarna as your payment method at checkout and Klarna will process the payment – including any credit checks. Once we receive the payment, we will process your order.

Shop Pay

With Shop Pay, you can complete your purchase with just one tap – no need to enter your details again. Your email address, payment and shipping information are stored securely and encrypted. Once you've activated Shop Pay, you'll enjoy super-fast checkout on your mobile or desktop for all your future orders.

Do you prefer to pay with your smartphone? No problem – with TWINT, we offer you a popular and secure payment option in Switzerland.

Here's how it works: Select TWINT at checkout and pay conveniently via the app.

  • Mobile: Directly in the TWINT app – confirm with your PIN or fingerprint.
  • Desktop: A QR code or authorisation code is displayed – simply scan it in your TWINT app or enter it manually.

Optional: If required, select ‘Pay later’ via TWINT – you can then pay within 30 days. This gives you additional flexibility and we receive the amount immediately, without any risk.
