Shipping and delivery information

In order to guarantee safe transport, we ship exclusively with the various services of Deutsche Post (DHL).
We deliver worldwide. The shipping options abroad and the resulting costs can be selected and checked in the shopping basket system before sending the order.

From 50,00 Euro value of goods the shipping costs within Germany and to Austria are completely covered by Aus Liebe zum Duft.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is only possible up to a net value of 999 €, from then on there are complex customs formalities that we unfortunately cannot offer you. Orders cannot be sent to a Swiss post office box. If you have logged into your customer account and select a dispatch address in Switzerland when completing the order, our shop system will only show and charge you the net prices without German VAT. Swiss customs will then charge you the statutory Swiss VAT and any applicable Swiss customs duties when the parcel is delivered. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Shipping to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia

Please note that the following shipping information is urgently required when shipping to the United Arab Emirates:

• Address (city)
• Phone number

Note on customs duties, fees and taxes

Additional customs duties and fees apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. Further information can be found, for example, on the page "Taxes and Customs Union", on the import sales tax here and specifically for Switzerland here.

The value of the items included in the delivery is listed in the documents for orders to countries outside the EU. Customs may open parcels for inspection, we have no control over this. Customs or import fees will be charged once the shipment has reached your country. Customs clearance fees are at your expense. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.
