Ginger opens warm and immediate — used for millennia to bring heat and movement to the body. Timut pepper adds a citrus spark — alive and luminous. Longoza, a flower from the ginger family, softens spice into bloom, preparing the heart to open.
Heart: Orange Flower, Angelica, Jasmine
White florals form the heart. Across cultures, they mark life’s thresholds — beginnings, vows, remembrance. Orange flower is associated with reduced cortisol and oxytocin-linked responses.
