Its sand shimmers golden, and when the sun sets, the sand and sky merge together. When creating Gold II Sahara, Ali Aljaberi had precisely these colours of the Sahara in mind – from yellow gold to red gold in all their beautiful facets. Packaging
The golden face of the Arabian desert was the inspiration for the golden shimmering crystal bottle. The outer packaging consists of a Widian signature box in sand colours with a gold frame, also inspired by the light desert sand of the Sahara. The Gold II bottle reflects secret moments in the golden desert.
The fragrance
Sahara is an intense perfume, multifaceted and complex like all Widian fragrances. The astonishing top notes of saffron, orange and elemi (tree resin) evoke numerous sensual images. The gentle heart notes of rose and orange blossom take us further on the odyssey of life. A deep and sweet oriental base note of amber, musk, cedar and vanilla completes the circle. The Sahara fragrance captivates the senses by reproducing the pure tones of red-gold saffron.
